
Position Overview
The Production Coordinator plays a key role in managing the end-to-end production lifecycle for assigned categories, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and consistent product quality. This role requires strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with overseas factories and internal cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about apparel production. In addition, we are also actively seeking a Production Assistant to support the Production Department by ensuring accurate and timely data entry within the OMS system. This position is responsible for entering production purchase orders, updating delivery dates, communicating UPC information to factories, and maintaining all factory-related documentation. The ideal candidate has prior apparel production experience, excels in detail-oriented administrative work, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
· Manage the full production process from purchase order issuance through final delivery. · Communicate daily with overseas vendors to monitor WIP status, confirm deadlines, and proactively resolve production issues. · Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, timelines, costing considerations, and factory workflows. · Partner closely with design, sales, and logistics teams to support seasonal development, approvals, and delivery targets. Qualifications
Production Coordinator – Qualifications · Minimum of 3 year of experience in apparel production · Excel proficiency and familiarity with production calendars · Highly organized · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment · Team-oriented, proactive, and dependable. · Accurately enter and update all purchase order information in the OMS system. · Perform 2-way matching between purchase orders and CAD files. · Retrieve UPC numbers from OMS and distribute them to overseas factories. · Serve as a liaison between clients/sales teams and the production/design departments. · Maintain daily correspondence with overseas factories as well as internal sales, production, and design teams. · Assist with quality control inspections on bulk shipments. · Organize and maintain digital production records for easy retrieval and audit readiness. · Support the production team from development to final delivery. · Minimum of 1 year of experience in apparel production or production administration. · Exceptional attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry. · Highly organized with the ability to manage structured documentation. · Proficient in Excel is a must. · Comfortable working with large volumes of data. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. · Team-oriented, proactive, and dependable.
