
Overview
As an Intake Specialist at Cartiga, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with attorneys, law firms, and plaintiffs involved in legal funding transactions. You will manage day-to-day interactions with law firms and their staff, as well as plaintiffs. This role requires balancing a demanding workload to ensure timely processing for each request. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between Account Executives (AEs) and law firms/attorneys. Onboard and communicate with clients (plaintiffs) to collect accident/incident details and personal information promptly. Strengthen partnerships with law firms to expedite the turnaround time for obtaining necessary information. Gather and process case documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy for underwriting approvals. Summarize key underwriting information and anticipate risk analysis. Oversee the entire funding agreement life cycle, from generation to ensuring successful funding. Collaborate and contribute as an impactful team member in meetings, providing coverage for Case Managers and Account Executives when needed. What We Look For
