iGas USA is a growing provider of industrial gases, refrigerants, and specialty solutions serving customers across domestic and international markets. As part of our global expansion strategy, iGas USA is strengthening its commercial capabilities to support export sales, international customer engagement, and cross-border market development. We are seeking a driven, globally minded professional to join our commercial team and support international sales execution from our Tampa headquarters. Position Summary The Export Sales & Global Commercial Associate will support iGas USA’s international commercial activities, including export sales coordination, customer engagement, market research, and cross-functional execution. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to build a career in global business and gain hands-on exposure to international trade, sales operations, and emerging markets. The role is based in Tampa, Florida, with potential for moderate travel as global commercial activities expand. Key Responsibilities Support international and export sales initiatives across multiple global markets Assist with customer communications, pricing coordination, and order follow-ups for international accounts Coordinate export-related documentation in collaboration with operations, logistics, and compliance teams Conduct market and customer research to support new international business opportunities Help maintain CRM records, sales reports, and commercial documentation Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of international orders Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and commercial materials Assist leadership with ad hoc global commercial projects and market entry initiatives Qualifications & Profile Required: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field Strong interest in global commerce, international markets, and cross-cultural business Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Preferred (Not Required): Internship or academic exposure to international trade, export sales, or global business Familiarity with international markets or emerging economies Bilingual skills (Arabic is a plus, but not required) Exposure to CRM tools or sales operations platforms Ideal Candidate Attributes Young, ambitious, and eager to learn in a fast-growing global environment Curious, proactive, and comfortable working across cultures and time zones Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges as the business evolves Strong global mindset — values learning, travel, and international exposure Long-term growth potential within commercial, sales, or international leadership roles
