Job Summary

We are looking for a Content Strategist to create clear, consistent, and customer-centric digital content for our online banking experiences. This role will focus on shaping content across digital journeys for Deposits and Cross-Products, ensuring experiences are simple, secure, and aligned with customer and business needs. You will collaborate closely with product, design, technology, and research partners to deliver high-quality UX content used by millions of business banking customers. Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and researchers to deliver intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences Support end-to-end content strategy for customer journeys across web, mobile, and omni-channel platforms Leverage user research insights, usability findings, and data to inform content decisions Partner with designers to contribute to UX artifacts such as journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes Plan, write, and optimize digital content including:

UX/UI copy Navigation labels and naming conventions Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and accessibility standards

Participate in design reviews and product reviews, clearly articulating content rationale Manage multiple deliverables while meeting timelines and quality standards Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

5–9 years

of experience writing content across digital channels (web, mobile, email, etc.) Hands-on experience with

UX writing

and content strategy for digital products Strong command of English language, grammar, spelling, and tone Experience working within established brand guidelines Ability to create content for complex, end-to-end digital experiences Strong collaboration and communication skills Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have

Experience in

banking, financial services, or fintech Familiarity with customer journey mapping and usability testing Experience working on large-scale, enterprise digital platforms
