SWISSGEAR is seeking a Paid Social Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid social advertising across Meta platforms for Swissgear.com. This is a performance-driven role, not a social media content role. The right candidate has deep experience building, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns that drive revenue and customer acquisition in a DTC eCommerce environment. You will fully own paid social performance, from campaign architecture and targeting strategy to optimization, reporting, and growth planning, while partnering with our in-house creative team to ensure campaigns are supported with strong creative assets. What You’ll Own

Full ownership of paid social campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) Build and manage campaign structures including prospecting, retargeting, audience segmentation, and budget allocation Optimize bids, budgets, placements, and targeting to achieve ROAS and acquisition goals Develop scaling strategies while maintaining profitability Analyze performance data and continuously improve campaigns through testing and optimization Partner with internal creative teams to request and guide development of high-performing ad assets Lead testing strategies across creatives, audiences, and offers Monitor tracking, attribution, and pixel health Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights Ideal Candidate Background

3+ years managing paid social campaigns, preferably in eCommerce or DTC brands Proven experience managing significant Meta ad spend and scaling campaigns profitably Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, LTV, and performance marketing KPIs Experience working with Shopify stores and conversion-focused funnels Comfortable owning budgets and making performance-driven decisions Highly analytical with strong testing and optimization skills Able to collaborate effectively with creative teams to drive performance improvements This Role Is NOT
