Responsibilities
Lead project pursuit teams, manage pursuit processes and follow quality procedures for document production for full pursuit lifecycle, including interview preparation and coaching.
Assist our Market Sector Leaders with the development of local marketing plans, market analysis and support business development activities
Work with internal Client Managers and Teams in the development of marketing strategies, client development plans, and pursuit capture planning
Conduct pursuit capture planning and proposal coordination meetings with technical teams
Conceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentations
Manage and produce virtual interviews
Develop and implement procedures and processes for identification, screening and selection of pursuits
Develop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materials
Write non-technical text, and edit and proofread marketing collateral
Provide storyboarding and message development for proposals
Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing deliverables and communications
Coordinate professional association events, including developing conference concepts, promotions and artwork
Participate in SMPS, WTS and other professional organizations as appropriate.
Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
Local candidate
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
