$24/hour Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, enthusiastic welcome to all attendees upon arrival. Assist with check-in, distributing credentials, and confirming registrations. Offer clear, accurate directions to ride zones, rest areas, check-in points, and amenities. Act as an on-site information resource for schedules, event flow, and general inquiries. Help maintain an energetic, encouraging environment for cyclists and supporters. Support event operations, including signage placement, line management, and crowd flow. Follow the lead of on-site managers and adapt quickly to evolving event needs. Qualifications
Previous experience in events, promotions, or customer-facing roles is preferred. Confident, approachable, and professional communication style. Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment for an extended shift. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately. Capable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the venue for most of the day. Must be available for the full event shift on Saturday, February 28 (6:00 AM – 5:00 PM). What We Offer
