This role is responsible for leading the marketing department at CrowdSync and CrowdPass. Both companies are leaders in live event technology and work with some of the largest sports teams, artists, and brands.

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and brand presence for our event technology businesses specializing in controllable LED wristbands and NFC/RFID wearables.

This role owns the full digital marketing funnel—from awareness to qualified leads—across paid media, organic search, website optimization, social media, and sales enablement. You’ll work closely with sales and leadership to translate a visually compelling product into clear B2B value propositions that drive pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities Paid Media & Demand Generation

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant B2B channels

Manage budgets, targeting, creative testing, and performance reporting

Drive qualified B2B leads and continuously improve cost per lead and conversion rates

SEO & Organic Growth

Own SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical improvements, and content planning

Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversion performance, and implement data-driven improvements

Collaborate on content that supports both inbound marketing and sales objectives

Website Management

Manage website structure, design updates, and ongoing edits to improve UX, conversion rates, and clarity of messaging

Work with internal teams or external designers/developers to implement landing pages, forms, and product updates

Ensure brand consistency and clear communication of value propositions across all web properties

Sales Collateral & Enablement

Create and maintain sales collateral including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, product sheets, and email templates

Partner with sales to ensure materials support the buying journey and address customer objections

Translate technical features into compelling business outcomes for event professionals and decision-makers

Social Media & Brand Presence

Develop and manage a B2B-focused social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and others as relevant

Plan and publish content that highlights product capabilities, event use cases, customer success stories, and brand personality

Track engagement and performance, adjusting strategy to support awareness and lead generation goals

Analytics & Reporting

Track and report on key performance metrics across all digital channels

Use insights to inform strategy, prioritize initiatives, and communicate results to stakeholders

Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, event technology, or related industries

Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns and optimizing performance

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization

Experience creating sales collateral and working closely with sales teams

Comfortable managing multiple channels and projects simultaneously

Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, ad platforms, and marketing automation or CRM tools

Excellent written and visual communication skills

Bonus

Experience marketing to event organizers, agencies, or live entertainment businesses

Familiarity with visually driven or experiential products
