Own end-to-end product design across creator-facing and customer-facing experiences, from onboarding to monetization, payouts, and growth features. Design intuitive, high-conversion interfaces that balance power-user functionality with simplicity for first-time creators. Partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to define product direction in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment. Translate ambiguous product ideas into clear user flows, interaction patterns, and polished, production-ready UI. Create and evolve scalable design systems that support rapid experimentation without sacrificing quality or consistency. Drive improvements across checkout, subscriptions, analytics, and creator tooling to increase activation, retention, and revenue. Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to iterate quickly and make informed design decisions. Act as a strong individual contributor with ownership over large product areas and visible business impact. Requirements

5–8+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on consumer-facing or marketplace products. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, product thinking, and high-quality visual execution. Experience designing complex workflows involving payments, subscriptions, or transactional systems. Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with evolving requirements and minimal process. Strong collaboration skills with engineers, PMs, and leadership. Deep fluency in modern design tools (Figma, auto-layout, components, variants). Ability to balance speed, craft, and business impact.
