The Tennessee Titans are seeking a Campaign Planning Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of supporting the Marketing Strategy & Insights team. The Fellow must also be capable of working across different departments and cultivating relationships within and outside of the organization. In addition to the job responsibilities described below, the Fellow will take part in various professional development opportunities throughout the term of the Fellowship Program to develop skills critical to future career growth. This is a temporary, full-time position that will begin on June 10, 2026, and conclude on May 21, 2027.

Job Responsibilities

Support end-to-end execution of cross-channel marketing campaigns by trafficking creative assets, managing project workflows, and coordinating with internal channel owners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Contribute to audience development and campaign planning through audience research, analysis of internal data sources, and application of insights across email, paid, digital, and social channels.

Manage sweepstakes programs from planning through execution and reporting, including calendar oversight, performance analysis, cross-team coordination, prize fulfillment, and data/privacy compliance.

Assist in the production, QA, and reporting of email campaigns in Oracle Eloqua, including copy support, segmentation, asset organization, and performance tracking.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, and Sales teams to support business objectives while maintaining organized trackers, calendars, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Focus in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Advertising or related field preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams required

Experience with software programs including Wrike, Tableau and Eloqua preferred but not required

Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members and/or vendors

Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN
