Graphic Designer - DIG - Hybrid
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and producing a wide range of marketing materials that are engaging, visually appealing and align with our brand identity and business objectives. This role will be responsible for the performance of over 50 million annual emails deployed and 6 million direct mail pieces.
Responsibilities
Handling graphic design tasks from concept to delivery.
Leveraging AI in content and creative development.
Refining projects and drafts.
Generating creative ideas.
Supporting A/B creative and messaging tests.
Creating original illustrations and infographics.
Ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Having broad knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques.

Required qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
2 years of experience designing for email, websites, direct mail, and other digital marketing channels.
2 years of experience working with a digital asset management system.
1 year of experience using project tracking software such as Workfront or similar.
1 year of experience working with compliant solutions in a regulated industry such as healthcare.
1 year of Stripo Content Software.
Salary Range by Location California: Humboldt: Min: $38.56, Max: $61.60
California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min: $43.26, Max: $69.11
