What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive growth by amplifying revenue and market share in targeted public safety agencies
Build and deepen relationships with clients to boost revenue and ensure customer satisfaction
Formulate and implement robust account strategies, presenting compelling value propositions
Manage client engagement and accounts, identifying growth opportunities while delivering stellar service
Provide valuable insights into market trends and competitor movements to influence strategic direction
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS, high-growth tech, public safety, or software sales with a proven record of exceeding targets
Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and large contract values
Strong strategic and analytical skills in building account plans and managing sales pipelines
Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel 30-50% for in-person meetings and relationship-building
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in public safety sales or knowledge of NG9-1-1, CAD, call-handling systems, or other public safety technologies
Proactive approach to learning and professional development in the public safety technology landscape
