What You'll Do

Define and execute best-in-class graphic design, motion, and visual storytelling across various digital offerings.

Partner closely with creative, editorial, and cross-functional teams to shape ideas, resolve ambiguity, and deliver refined, compelling visuals.

Concept, design, and execute projects end-to-end, from initial exploration through final delivery.

Translate abstract or evolving concepts into clear, visually sophisticated systems and assets.

Bring insightful creative concepts to the table and provide effective feedback across multiple mediums and art styles, including illustration, graphic design, typography, character work, and 3D animation.

Manage multiple projects effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate diverse workflows.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in a senior creative role such as Art Director, Animator/Designer, or equivalent, at a creative agency or in-house at a renowned organization.

A strong portfolio showcasing excellent design fundamentals, motion principles, and hands-on execution across a wide range of styles. (Portfolio required for consideration).

Proven ability to concept, design, and execute work from early exploration through final delivery.

Experience translating abstract or evolving ideas into clear, visually sophisticated systems and assets.

High proficiency in industry-standard software including Photoshop, After Effects, and Cinema 4D.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative rationale and effectively give and receive feedback.

Excellent visual judgment across typography, layout, color, imagery, and motion.

Comfort operating in ambiguity, with a proactive approach to seeking clarity, aligning stakeholders, and managing upward when needed.

Naturally collaborative, responsive, and motivated, with a team-first mindset.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Bonus Points:

Experience in storyboarding, photography, or directing live-action sets.
