We are seeking a growth-oriented professional to join our CRM Marketing Team as a Local Marketing Professional - III. This role is critical in driving communication strategies to enhance customer experiences through marketing communications. The position is mostly virtual, with occasional face-to-face meetings at a HUB site. Candidates located near the Irving, Texas office are preferred, as the ability to attend in-office meetings is a major plus. West Coast candidates are not desired for this role.

Responsibilities

Lead communication strategies to manage the end customer experience (CX) for all business customer types, including Business Markets, Global Enterprise, and Public Sector.

Manage existing templates and transactional lifecycle strategies for business customers.

Collaborate with database marketing teams, Communications Strategy leads, and business stakeholders to implement plans for journey improvements and enhanced capabilities.

Own the omnichannel communication experience, providing orchestration recommendations aligned with CX and NPS priorities.

Conduct customer and functional journey analysis and mapping in collaboration with the Journey lead.

Develop and implement prioritization and governance strategies for non-marketing communications, including business rules for prioritization, logic, design, frequency, and content continuity.

Establish a new email and SMS communications library and corresponding CX playbook, creating definitions and categories for templates aligned with varying product, marketing, and customer needs.

Collaborate with creative agencies to develop marketing requirements for email and SMS templates.

Incorporate tech-related advancements proposed by Martech for ongoing management of transactional templates.

Ensure consistent, well-orchestrated, and connected communication experiences for customers by collaborating with internal CX teams and journey mapping strategists.

Work closely with creative partners to design, build, and test emails, SMS, and other ad-hoc communications, ensuring standards and system classifications are met.

Ensure high-quality and accurate email templates incorporating responsive design, dynamic content, variable data, advanced testing, and interactive elements.

Deploy high-visibility projects using cutting-edge techniques, trends, and best practices, including social media content, HTML emails, websites, landing pages, banners, presentations, and data visualizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Experience in marketing to end customers.

Proven expertise in executing marketing communications, including Email, SMS, and/or Direct Mail campaigns.

Strongly desired experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Agency experience and digital marketing certifications are a plus.

Professional certification in Adobe tools is strongly desired.

Knowledge of mobile email clients, desktop email clients, tablet email clients, web technologies, and relational databases.

Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and fluency in the latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other visual design and wire-framing tools.

A Master's degree is a nice-to-have.

Pay Range:

$45/hr - $50/hr on w2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
