Sensus Electric Smart Metering
portfolio.
This isn't just about "making things look pretty." You will be the creative engine behind our go-to-market campaigns, translating complex product strategies into compelling visuals that clearly communicate value to our customers. From motion graphics for social media to high-impact event signage, you’ll have a hand in every touchpoint of our brand.
This is a
Hybrid position based in Raleigh, NC.
In-office collaboration and occasional travel for industry events or team workshops.
What You’ll Do
Own the Brand Aesthetic: Conceptualize and produce everything from social ads and emails to landing pages and enablement decks.
Bring Content to Life: Use your skills in Adobe CC and Figma to create lightweight motion assets (GIFs/short-form video) that stop the scroll.
Collaborate & Influence: Work side-by-side with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to ensure our creative hits the mark and drives real results (CTR, CVR, and CPL).
Be a Brand Steward: Manage our Asset Management Portal and ensure every deliverable—across every device—is ADA-compliant and reflects the Xylem brand style.
Continuous Growth: Stay at the forefront of design trends, testing new formats and messaging to keep our brand fresh and effective.
What You Bring To The Table
Experience: 3–5+ years of professional design experience with a "digital-first" mindset.
A Killer Portfolio: Show us how you’ve aligned brand creative with business goals across various channels.
The Toolkit: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma and Jira.
Technical Savvy: A solid understanding of email/landing page production (HTML/CSS) and ADA accessibility standards.
The Right Vibe: You’re a collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to take a new perspective on complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B/industrial tech or enterprise marketing environments.
Motion/animation for shortform social placements.
Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics (Marketo/Eloqua, GA/Looker Studio).
Comfort applying internal brand and graphics standards (asset portal, file guidelines).

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 to $110,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
