Job Overview:
As a Sales Professional, you’ll be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue goals by turning qualified leads into closed sales. You’ll build strong relationships and provide a consultative, customer-focused sales experience, acting as a trusted advisor for customers shopping for hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and other premium wellness products.
Your priority will be to ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire sales process, helping customers feel confident in their purchase and supporting long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Pay: $18.00 / Hourly
Responsibilities
Convert leads into closed sales while maintaining strong relationships with customers
Sell luxury products focused on health, relaxation, and lifestyle enhancement
Drive revenue growth by following up on every lead in a timely manner using phone, text, email, and social channels
Track and monitor KPIs, and develop action plans to improve performance when needed
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and accountability, following company policies and procedures
Adhere to all operational and sales processes
Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked
Work a flexible retail schedule and make occasional site visits to customers’ homes
Support work-related events, both indoors and outdoors, as needed
Required Skills & Attributes

Strong communicator: Responds quickly to customer inquiries and follows up consistently
Detail-oriented & results-driven: Motivated to meet and exceed goals while delivering a flawless customer experience

Qualifications
Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and accountability
Comfortable adapting to new processes and sales techniques
Experience with financing and payment plans required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Experience with lead management systems is a plus
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and some holidays
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment and contribute to a positive team culture
Must own and operate a smart phone
Must have reliable transportation
