creative, strategic Marketing Coordinator
to support end-to-end campaign development—from ideation to execution. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes pop culture, entertainment, and emerging trends, and enjoys collaborating across cross-functional teams to bring bold campaigns to life. What You’ll Do
Support the full campaign lifecycle, from strategic brief creation to flawless execution Manage and track campaigns, timelines, budgets, and KPIs Ideate and support culturally relevant campaigns (theatrical, seasonal, and promotional) Draft clear, compelling campaign briefs for internal teams and external agencies Coordinate with creative, media, product, CRM, social, and international teams Set agendas, manage executive action items, and support campaign share-outs Help align global markets by sharing best practices, plans, and toolkits What We’re Looking For
1–4 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or creative roles Background in entertainment, media, or a creative agency preferred Strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaign management Creative thinker with a pulse on culture, trends, and social media Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Monday.com (Adobe Suite is a plus)
