
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Retail Partnerships Manager to own and grow strategic relationships with our retail partners while helping evolve our commerce media strategy and operational execution. This role sits at the intersection of retailer success, media performance, and scalable execution, ensuring our clients realize measurable value while our commerce media programs operate efficiently and predictably. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Sales, Retail Partnerships, Product, Integrations, Ad Operations, and Data to drive retention, expansion, and performance across our retail network. Key Responsibilities
Retailer Relationship Management Own Enterprise level relationships with Cannabis and BevALQ Retailers, serving as a trusted strategic advisor on omni-channel commerce media and monetization. Grow and scale onsite retailer monetization across menus, locations, media zones, in-store screens (DOOH), and measurement infrastructure including eCom tracking and POS integration. Lead regular business reviews (QBRs) focused on performance, revenue growth, and optimization opportunities. Identify expansion opportunities across new placements, formats, stores, and brands. Help define and evolve our commerce media strategy, aligning retailer needs with brand demand and platform capabilities. Translate retailer feedback into actionable insights that influence product roadmap, inventory strategy, and go-to-market approach. Partner with internal teams to test, refine, and scale new media offerings, ensuring strong performance and repeatability. Operational Precision & Scalability Establish and maintain best practices for campaign execution, reporting, and optimization across retailers. Ensure operational excellence across onboarding, launches, and ongoing campaign management. Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks in execution and proactively drive process improvements. Support the standardization of workflows, documentation, and playbooks to enable scale. Performance, Retention & Growth Own retailer health, retention, and revenue growth metrics. Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations to maximize ROI for retailers and brands. Partner with Sales and Sales Strategy on renewals, upsells, and strategic expansions. Act as an internal advocate for Retailers, ensuring alignment across teams. Qualifications 5–8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships. Experience working with Retailers, retail media, ad tech, or commerce media platforms strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships. Strong operational mindset with experience improving processes and execution quality. Data-driven and comfortable using performance metrics to guide strategy. Excellent communication skills with both executive and operator-level audiences.
