Contract Graphic Designer

Matrix Partners, an award-winning pet industry branding and marketing agency, is looking for a Contract Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This part-time opportunity has the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right creative powerhouse. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to concept and design visual assets for campaigns, ensuring cohesive, on-brand execution across platforms. A strong creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to bring brand identities to life are key. Responsibilities Develop creative assets for social media campaigns, including graphics, animations, and video Collaborate with designers, social media managers, and creative leadership to bring strategy to life visually Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple pet industry brands Capture stylized product photography that supports storytelling and brand identity Stay ahead of design trends to keep work fresh and relevant Qualifications 3–5 years of graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) Social-first design experience with a strong grasp of platform trends Strong communication skills and comfort with feedback and collaboration A sharp, modern design aesthetic aligned with pet and lifestyle brands Packaging design experience, including working within dielines Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently Experience designing for both print and digital Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management Basic product photography skills a plus Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, design support, or content creation Location Requirement:
