As a Lead Generation & Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll design and execute multichannel campaigns that expand CPH's reach, strengthen customer engagement, and support the mission of the Church.
Your work will help connect ministry leaders, educators, congregations, and families with resources that enrich faith and strengthen discipleship.
What You'll Do
Use strategy, creativity, and analytics to fuel CPH's growth and customer engagement
Design and execute integrated lead‑generation campaigns across email, paid search, social, website, and print
Identify key audience segments and tailor messaging to each group
Partner with creative teams to build conversion-optimized landing pages, ad content, and email signups
Collaborate with product marketers to support new releases and ministry-specific needs
Report on campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize impact
Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to refine marketing strategies
Research opportunities, evaluate ROI, and recommend data-driven improvements
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
1+ year of marketing experience (digital preferred)
Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
Ability to research, problem-solve, and adapt quickly
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
Knowledge of CPH products and LCMS culture is a plus
