Overview
WesPay Client Relationship Manager - WesPay
Location: Multiple Locations. This position is hybrid, with a formalized schedule that splits time between remote and office work. Consideration for location will be Radcliff - Radcliff, KY, Frankfort Main - Frankfort, KY and Spring Street - New Albany, IN.

Responsibilities
Maintain a strong awareness of customer needs, product performance, and the competitive landscape to manage current and ongoing services.
Monitor and resolve client concerns while ensuring service delivery standards are handled in a professional and effective manner.
Oversee due diligence documentation and setup for new business and ongoing risk monitoring for business clients, which may include site visits.
Prepare customer proposals for review and approval.
Maintain client visit schedule and ongoing monitoring for all clients.
Ensure adherence to operating procedures, regulatory compliance, and information security standards.
Develop and maintain client product training.
Assist account holders and finance companies by responding to inquiries by phone or mail, processing stop payments, and distributing funds as requested.
Complete monthly billing calculation and processing for clients.
Support service provider business development and growth, including tiered support level reviews, current activity, and future growth forecasting.
Support profitable growth across the portfolio.
Strategic internal relationship expansion (TM and Retail).
Acquire more service providers.
Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience in banking and/or at least 5 years of relevant experience in banking or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sales experience; a combination of cold calling and referral-based work is preferred.

Banking is a highly regulated industry; proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adherence to all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including maintaining compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Strong managerial, leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and interpretive skills, sound judgment and discretion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in procedure writing and customer communication.
Strong awareness of risk management practices.
Knowledge of financial products and services.
Intermediate accounting skills to ensure accuracy of customer and bank data.
Extended hours may be required.
Travel will be required to call on new accounts or potential customers; travel may be within or outside of the market.
On-call as needed to resolve problems and issues.
Critical thinker with process orientation for solving complex problems and frequent on-the-spot decision making.
Strong sales abilities including active listening, negotiation, confidence and resilience, along with technical proficiency and product knowledge.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access); advanced Excel skills are required.
Ability to understand and utilize banking industry technology.
