Responsibilities This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in West Hartford, CT. Responsibilities include promoting Senior Helpers\' in-home care services, building relationships with potential clients, and driving business growth through community engagement and networking. The role involves conducting sales presentations, managing customer service interactions, coordinating training sessions, and executing marketing strategies to raise awareness about our services within the local community.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and community members
Proven Sales skills, including the ability to build relationships and close sales
Experience with Training and educating teams or stakeholders
Proficiency in Sales & Marketing to drive business growth and implement successful strategies
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Familiarity with senior care or healthcare-related industries is a plus
Ability to work onsite in West Hartford, CT, and actively engage within the local community
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
