The Associate Brand Manager, Hennessy
leads the implementation and execution of innovative, consumer-centric brand marketing programming and activations to support the achievement of Maison brand strategy and the broader MHUSA 2030 Strategy. This role works collaboratively with key stakeholders to bring the long-term vision for the brand to life, supporting and informing the development of strategies that elevate brand desirability and growth objectives. Office/Location:
Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office Job Responsibilities: Drive the execution of Hennessy marketing programs and activations to ensure the delivery of volume and profit targets is appropriately supported. Collaborate with the Hennessy team, and the brand’s key stakeholders to align Hennessy’s programming and activations with the company’s marketing objectives to support the delivery of the MHUSA 2030 Strategy. Contribute to Hennessy’s annual U.S. marketing priorities and support “big idea” development for the brand’s key programs and platforms. Support development and articulation of Hennessy’s. Must Have Programs including the NBA, ensuring all brand activities are designed to achieve a single unified vision. Develop ‘Best in Class’ social media and content guidelines in partnership with the Maison and Consumer Engagement team. Assist with the annual brand planning process, in collaboration with Brand Team, Strategy & Business Planning, Consumer Engagement, the Commercial organization, CC&I, and the Consumer Insights team. Brand Management & Program Execution
Support the management of the brand’s A&P deployment strategy, in partnership with the Strategy & Business Planning team, to ensure that the A&P budget is consistently prioritized and tracked against brand objectives. Collaborate with Trade Marketing team and BTL agency to design and develop elevated, luxury POS materials and brand assets to drive brand strategy and leverage consumer engagement opportunities at the moment of choice. Partner with Regions, and Commercial and National Account teams to lead program implementation and execution, ensuring alignment with luxury brand messaging and leveraging local market opportunities. Partner with Finance, Strategy & Business Planning, and CC&I to oversee the management of programming KPIs. Lead the ‘Always On’ On Premise programming for Hennessy; developing programs and tools to execute with excellence in a priority channel. Be the lead for internal communications for the Hennessy brand team involving internal events, communications and incentives. Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships, internally and externally, across the Hennessy teams to optimize planning and execution processes and evolve ways of working. Manage relationships with Strategy & Business Planning, Consumer Engagement, the Commercial team, CC&I team, Corporate Communications, Finance, Legal, HR, and IT to build and maintain commitments that enable the delivery of brand priorities and objectives. Build and maintain successful relationships with agency business partners and other third-party stakeholders to continually ensure their commitment to delivering brand objectives. Other
