Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field – MSW preferred
2 years of social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals
Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility or hospice required
Compensation Rate :
$65,000-$75,000/year
