This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bellefonte, PA, for a Sales Manager at Confer's Jewelers. The Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, monitor sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with customers, managing inventory, and collaborating with leadership to achieve business goals. Qualifications
Strong sales and customer relationship management skills Experience in leadership, team motivation, and sales strategy development Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations in the jewelry or luxury goods industry Proficient in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills Passion for fine jewelry and providing exceptional customer service Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred Prior experience in a sales management role is a plus
