The Account Coordinator, Niche brands will foster sales growth and enhance customer experience across your designated region. This position is an important link between our retailers and the brand. This role ensures we provide exceptional customer service and meet and exceed our sales goals. Additionally, this involves supporting the ongoing development of our in-store teams across various retailer locations, cultivating strong relationships and attentiveness with store management in each door. What you’ll get to do: Sales and Education: Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) to exceed financial targets and enhance key business drivers Analyze weekly sales performance and provide recommendations based on consumer trends Personally drive sales with presence in-stores, leading by example, and coaching teams to achieve and exceed budgets and KPIs Develop and execute seasonal strategies with Regional Managers and AEs, alongside Department Managers, focusing on retail events, customer outreach, product launches, and local activations Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly business reporting, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement Coach and mentor Beauty Advisors, Client Advisors, Fragrance Experts, on selling behaviors and product knowledge, fostering a culture of creativity and passion for the niche category Onboard and train new hires across the Niche product portfolio and unique brand history ensuring brand storytelling is effectively communicated through one-on-one coaching and immersive experiences Relationship Management: Foster collaborative relationships with AEs, retailers, Client Advisors, and corporate teams Provide regular updates on Client Advisor’s performance to AEs and deliver constructive and respectful feedback Optimize team schedules and plan accordingly to maximize resources and operational efficiency Stay informed on competitors and industry trends to train teams in maintaining competitive and innovative approaches Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local community Events: Plan and execute special events, promotions, and product launches to drive traffic and sales Engage with store teams through selling exercises and education sessions to elevate client engagement and conversion rates Collaborate with the Retail VM/Store Design Team to ensure visual displays align with Byredo’s standards and guidelines Maintain consistent design standards to reinforce brand identity Drive employee engagement through rewards and incentives to optimize retail results We’d Love to Meet You If You Have: 3+ years of sales experience (beauty preferred) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong multitasking skills for coordinating in-store events and trainings Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence Passion for beauty, fragrance, and delivering exceptional client experiences A self-motivated and independent work ethic Positive attitude toward challenges and a proactive approach to problem-solving A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time local and regional Compensation: As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
