Because of this growth, we’re looking for a B2B Sales Manager who will help us build new relationships, open new doors and strengthen our position on these markets. We’re looking for a sales professional with a strong understanding of the digital economy, broad experience in e-commerce and digital transformation, and the ability to turn meaningful conversations into long-term business partnerships. Responsibilities / Your Role
Identify and engage potential clients across digitally oriented industries, including companies undergoing or expanding their digital transformation
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to proposal development, negotiation and closing
Develop tailored solutions based on each client’s operational goals, digital maturity and long-term vision
Build strong, lasting business relationships, maintaining regular communication and ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs
Collaborate closely with internal teams - including presales, strategy and consulting - to deliver solutions that create measurable value
Qualifications
Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the e-commerce, digital services or transformation consulting environment
Demonstrated success in winning new business and building long-term client relationships
Strong negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills
A structured, reliable working style paired with a high level of motivation and drive
Excellent German and English language skills
Confident and persuasive communicator who builds trust quickly and engages effectively with senior decision-makers
Strong understanding of modern digital business models with the ability to identify opportunities in e-commerce and digital transformation environments
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to manage a pipeline independently and work strategically toward clear goals
Proactive, self-motivated team player who enjoys taking initiative and contributing new ideas
