You will respond to guest inquiries, contact potential new clients, input group reservations, rooming lists, and assist with every aspect of the group’s experience with the hotel. Requirements: Previous sales and catering experience in a Hilton brand or luxury hotel establishment Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral from Proficient in use of Hilton PEP, Microsoft Word, Delphi, Excel, and PowerPoint Comprehension of technical application of reservations system Ability to master basic selling techniques Compensation: $20.00 hourly Source: Hospitality Online
