What You’ll Do
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the regional market.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Travel within the region to train and support team members.
We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role. Experience with either Hilton and/or Marriott a plus.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
