This Role Is For You If:
You have
3+ years of door-to-door sales experience
(hail, roofing, solar, windows, pest, alarms, etc.) You’re comfortable working
100% commission-only You can confidently: Knock doors Identify hail damage Educate customers on the insurance process Handle objections and close You want
uncapped earning potential You take full ownership of your results This Role Is NOT For You If:
You’ve never worked door-to-door You need hourly pay, a base salary, or warm leads You’re looking for part-time work You’re “trying out” sales instead of committing What You’ll Be Selling
Hail Damage Repair ONLY Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Insurance-funded repairs (high demand, high close rates) Customers already need the service. Your job is to educate and close. Compensation
