This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson based in Chester, NY. The Real Estate Salesperson will actively work with clients to buy, sell, or rent properties while offering exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. Key responsibilities include maintaining and building client relationships, conducting property showings, managing negotiations, preparing contracts, staying updated on market trends, and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License and expertise in Real Property and Real Estate practices Strong proficiency in Sales and Customer Service skills to build and sustain client relationships Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Knowledge of the Chester, NY real estate market is an advantage Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
