Overview

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Spectrum Business provides modern enterprise technology solutions for large brands. This is a consultative sales role focused on Carrier clients, account strategy, and long‑term growth. After completing our training, you will manage account profitability, business plans and long‑term objectives. Responsibilities

Complete our 10‑week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools. Provide a consultative client needs analysis and execute the account strategy as determined by leadership. Monitor developments within designated accounts to identify revenue growth opportunities. Design, develop and present sales proposals and presentations to resolve client business challenges. Maintain field-based activity with a mix of home, client location and office engagements; primarily in front of clients. Collaborate with other business services support groups to encourage long‑term retention. Track and report on client account trends for leadership to leverage. What you bring to Spectrum Business

Required qualifications

Experience: Three or more years of sales experience exceeding revenue quota. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical skills: Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WAN and high‑capacity and fiber‑connected networks; extensive product and technical knowledge. Skills: Networking, relationship‑building, negotiating, closing and interpersonal English communication skills. Abilities: Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a team environment working within required deadlines. Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license. Preferred qualifications

Three or more years of experience exceeding revenue quotas selling data, voice or video solutions. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience using Salesforce. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Notes:

$83,200.00 and $163,300.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Local wage minimums are observed and some positions are eligible for additional incentive‑based compensation such as bonuses. The position also has a commission earnings target starting at
