Lantern Estates is proud to be family owned and operated. In 1965, Tom Kiritsis Senior, alongside his wife Patricia, developed the first modern manufactured housing community in the state of Indiana. He was a first generation American born to immigrants from Nafpaktos, Greece. Tom creatively added the first Olympic sized swimming pool and clubhouse to any mobile home park in the state which remains to be a beloved part of the neighborhood. Tom’s focal point in life was his family. Now, Tom’s son, Tommy, carefully owns and operates the park. Lantern Estates has remained a family operated business that truly cares about its tenants, employees, and community.
