Achieve activity metric goals such as cold calls, account touches, and pipeline numbers Research each account to identify the correct department and decision maker using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to contract signature Provide presentations and demos to prospects and customers Maintain and grow your book of business Become a subject matter expert to find solutions that fit customer needs Submit responses to RFPs Use Salesforce to manage Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts, and Tasks Collaborate with customers on contract changes, additions, escalations, and renewals Achieve quarterly quota and maintain a strong contract renewal rate Required Skills
Hard working with a drive to create new business Cold-calling, prospecting, and closing skills Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and time-management skills Disciplined and organized Enthusiasm and ability to learn about DC Group, the industry, processes, and customers Detail oriented with logical thinking skills Intermediate to advanced PC skills Positive attitude and professionalism in representing DC Group Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and changing environment Preferred Skills
