Atlanta metropolitan region , you’ll fuel territory growth by developing new business, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering flooring solutions that distinguish Redi Carpet from the competition. Your consultative sales skills and multifamily-focused mindset will help you quickly become a trusted resource across the local market. What You’ll Do Exceed sales and profit goals across the greater Atlanta territory Prospect and secure new accounts through market research, networking, and consistent outreach Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline using Salesforce Deliver Exceptional Customer Value Conduct in-person client visits to identify needs and present tailored, value-based flooring solutions Navigate challenges, objections, and competitive situations with professionalism Lead with Strategy Plan and forecast sales activities and competitive pricing Use Salesforce data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming accounts Partner with inside sales to support account development and enhance customer satisfaction Operate with Autonomy Work independently to prioritize business development and resolve complex issues Travel locally across the Atlanta metro (with minimal overnight travel) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the flooring or multifamily industry strongly preferred B2B sales experience, ideally using consultative or solution-based selling approaches Proficiency with Salesforce Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Note:

This role requires regular vehicle operation. An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.
