Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Glendale, AZ. The Sales Manager will lead a team of associates to achieve sales goals, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure operational excellence. Key responsibilities include coaching team members, managing inventory, developing effective sales strategies, ensuring store policies are followed, and resolving customer inquiries. Collaboration with other departments to meet organizational goals and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment will also be integral to this role.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of associates to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.

Ensure operational excellence and adherence to store policies.

Coach team members and develop effective sales strategies.

Manage inventory and participate in merchandising and store operations processes.

Resolve customer inquiries and maintain a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with other departments to meet organizational goals.

Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in people management, team leadership, and staff coaching.

Experience in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, and store operations processes.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to create a positive customer experience and promote customer satisfaction.

Prior experience in retail sales or management is preferred.

Proficiency in basic financial reporting and analysis is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is beneficial.

Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
