Client Engagement Associate – Class Action Litigation Overview
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy junior professional to serve as the primary point of contact for individuals participating in our various class action cases. This role is focused on timely follow-up, human connection, and ensuring potential clients complete the simple steps required to stay engaged with the firm. This is not a legal analysis role and not a passive intake position. Success depends on responsiveness, persistence, and follow-through. What You’ll Do
Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email Build rapport and maintain a friendly, professional connection Follow up consistently until required materials are completed Keep clients engaged over time so they remain with the firm Track every touchpoint carefully and close all loops Work closely with attorneys for questions or escalations Qualifications & Skills
2+ years
of experience in legal intake, client services, or team management (law firm experience preferred). Persuasive communicator — able to build trust, ease concerns, and guide clients to take action with empathy and professionalism. Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing team members. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Skilled at evaluating processes, improving workflows, and maintaining quality control. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and CRM/case management tools (Clio Grow or similar preferred). Professional, empathetic, and solutions-driven approach to client interactions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting performance goals. Who This Is For
