Position Overview

Superior Threaded Products is seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative to support sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our presence in key markets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role blends technical knowledge, account management, and business development to drive revenue and customer success. This position includes both inside and occasional outside sales responsibilities and requires strong follow-through from initial inquiry through delivery. Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets and generate new revenue, including occasional outside sales calls. Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing customer accounts. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, responding promptly to inquiries, issues, and requests. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. Meet with new and existing customers to identify and advance potential sales opportunities. Provide customer support via phone, fax, and email. Prepare proposals for program business and high-volume opportunities. Coordinate purchasing inquiries with inside sales and communicate effectively with customers. Act as an account manager, managing sales opportunities from inquiry through delivery. Maintain accurate daily logs of customer interactions, sales calls, and service issues. Update CRM systems with all sales activities and customer communications. Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong preference for threading services experience. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Willingness to travel as business needs require.
