Provide professional, timely, and accurate administrative, sales, and logistical support to the Sales, Used Equipment, and Rental departments. This role ensures smooth coordination of sales orders, rental contracts, equipment movement, reporting, and customer communication while supporting departmental efficiency, compliance, and profitability. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Manage lead generation programs and support the sales team with timely follow-up and reporting Complete and verify orders for new equipment, PTHs, batteries, chargers, and replacements Prepare, review, and manage sales invoices Generate and maintain sales-related reports including commissions, manufacturer forecasts, ITA analysis, and new customer reports Review and report on sales commissions Communicate with customers and sales team regarding orders, shipments, lead times, and manufacturer updates Rental & Used Equipment Coordination

Receive customer rental requests and prepare accurate rental contracts in compliance with company policy Initiate and maintain complete maintenance and utilization records for rental and used equipment Maintain an accurate and current rental fleet database Track and maintain battery and charger inventory for rental and internal fleets Coordinate rental modifications and special projects with Sales and manufacturers as required Facilitate Walmart rentals and update Service Channel as needed Assist with rental audits and internal fleet service billing reviews Logistics, Inventory & Operations

Manage Ship Ins and Ship Outs for sold, rented, and transferred equipment Notify service and transport teams of incoming equipment for sales, rentals, and Ship Ins Coordinate daily transport for the Savannah Branch Update monthly PM Rental locations and assist with open PM Rental ticket management Review service tickets related to sales and rental equipment Administrative & Process Support

Ensure all required documentation is completed prior to placing orders (customer setup, lease approvals, etc.) Perform general administrative duties including phone support, email correspondence, and filing Assist department managers as needed Support development and improvement of forms, procedures, and internal processes to increase departmental efficiency Maintain strong organization and communication across Sales, Rental, Service, and Transport teams Voluntary Self-Identification statements and related information are included as part of Equal Employment Opportunity program disclosures.
