We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Real Estate Assistant

to partner directly with one of our

top-producing Real Estate Partners

in Scottsdale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with clients, and has a strong interest in growing into a

licensed Real Estate Agent . As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting listing appointments, coordinating transactions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from first contact through closing. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to high-level real estate operations, listing strategies, and in-the-field experience alongside a proven producer. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the business from the inside, build industry knowledge, and develop the skills necessary to transition into a full real estate agent role over time. are organized, professional, coachable, and eager to grow within the real estate industry while contributing to the success of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Engage with our hands-on partner training — built to get you in the field fast and confident.

Work side-by-side with a top-performing Real Estate Agent to help clients find the right home, not just any home.

Deliver clear, strategic feedback after every showing to dial in exactly what your clients are looking for.

Take the lead in writing and negotiating offers that win — on behalf of both your clients and your partner agent.

Leverage our technology and leadership for collaboration — iron sharpens iron, and we level up together.

Stay plugged into the team — trainings, events, and culture aren’t optional, they’re fuel.

Lock in your weekly 1:1 coaching, team trainings, and our Partner Call — growth is a decision.

Build a pipeline that produces predictable profitability — log your activity and results daily.

Qualifications To be successful as a Real Estate Partner, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

On-site availability

aligned with our training and development sprint

Comfort and proficiency with technology platforms , including CRM systems, communication tools, and digital marketing software

Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems, processes, and tools

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Coachable mindset with a willingness to follow proven systems

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
