Your work will directly shape our customers’ experience and help us deliver on our promise of reliability and care.**What You’ll Do*** Be the trusted point of contact for key accounts, guiding them through our products and services.* Process and follow up on orders with accuracy, transparency, and speed.* Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely deliveries.* Handle customer inquiries and claims proactively, providing clear and helpful solutions.* Monitor forecasts, report deviations, and collaborate to improve accuracy and service.* Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.* Help maximize sales by offering solutions, alternatives, and expert guidance.**What You’ll Bring*** Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in customer-facing roles.* Fluency in English and German; comfort working internationally.* Strong system skills: MS Office, SAP (Order & Quality Management), EDW reports.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.* Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with a positive approach.* Team-player mindset with a willingness to support and learn.* Knowledge or interest in automotive/industrial sectors is a plus.* Customer-centric focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.* Understanding of supply chain and order-to-cash processes.* Enthusiasm for growing, contributing, and thriving in a collaborative environment.Note: We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
