This role is part of the Youth & Recreational Sports group, which supports technology platforms such as SportsEngine HQ, SportsEngine Motion, SportsEngine Play and SportsEngine Tourney. The group helps athletes, parents, coaches and team administrators manage organizations, payments, schedules, and participation, and includes NCSI for coach screening and training to keep kids safe. Responsibilities
Engage and consult with sports administrators to identify meaningful ways to improve their organizations using SportsEngine software. Develop a deep understanding of the industry, sports administrators, and our sales strategy; leverage the tech stack to execute high-touch, high-quality activity cadence with 80+ customer interactions daily. Create interest with customers via phone, email, text, video calls and other channels; learn about challenges, position products as solutions, and create new selling opportunities. Continue to gain advanced product and market knowledge to differentiate SportsEngine as a technical and business fit. Maintain accurate daily records of sales activity using Salesforce and sales engagement/automation platforms such as Outreach. Help develop and deliver outreach strategies to create sales opportunities. Other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Fully Remote: This position is designated as fully remote, contributing from a non-VERSANT worksite, most commonly the employee’s residence. Willingness to travel and work overtime, including evenings and weekends, sometimes with short notice. This position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Compensation: $16.82/hour plus commission. Additional Information
