Support and engage with customers in Spanish via phone, email, and chat Promote and sell products or services by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions Provide excellent service and resolve inquiries efficiently Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project targets Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction Requirements
