Previous experience in inventory control, asset management, logistics, or a related field Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Track, monitor, and maintain accurate records of inventory and unpowered assets Ensure proper tagging, documentation, and location tracking of all assets Conduct routine and cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and data issues Maintain and update inventory management systems and asset databases Develop and follow standardized procedures for asset tracking and inventory control Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and purchasing teams to support asset movements and inventory accuracy Prepare reports and audits related to inventory levels, asset usage, and compliance Assist with year-end audits and internal inventory reviews Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce asset loss Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations Support special projects and additional operational tasks as assigned Qualifications
Excellent organizational and analytical skills Experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and cross-functionally Why This Job & Benefits
