Overview Part-Time Customer Service Representative, Group Sales

Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative with the Colorado Rockies, you will provide administrative and customer service support to the Group Sales team. This position assists with daily office operations and client communication while helping execute group events and theme days during the season to deliver an outstanding experience for our guests.

Responsibilities General – Office Duties (approximately 70% of duties)

Assist Group Sales department with day-to-day operations

Produce emails to send to clients

Print and ship tickets to Group Sales accounts

Create invoices and receipts for clientele

Process individual ticket additions, exchanges and returns

Process credit card payments, applying payments to specific events and line items

Handle various types of incoming calls, take messages, and monitor phones when needed

Compile various reports for theme days and programs

Other duties as needed

General – Game Day Operations (approximately 30% of duties)

Assist in 35+ game day events/themes/programs

Work closely with Manager, Account Executives, and Representatives to plan and execute events

Provide excellent customer service to clients

Various other game day responsibilities as needed

Job Qualifications (Job Specifications)

Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsible individual with consistent work ethic

Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills

Some physical requirements (lifting boxes, standing/walking for long periods)

Consistent, punctual, and regular attendance

Professional image and demeanor

Strong ability to work well with co-workers, supervisors and other departments in a team environment

Working Conditions/Work Schedule

Working 35+ home games including weekdays and weekends

Office hours will fluctuate: Monday through Friday between 8am to 5pm – adjusted to accommodate game day responsibilities

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 4-6 hours per shift) in a stadium environment

Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. (e.g., event materials, boxes of promotional items)

Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and climb stairs as necessary to navigate the stadium

Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including exposure to various weather conditions such as heat, cold, and rain

Ability to communicate effectively in a noisy environment with large crowds

Manual dexterity to operate a computer, phone, and other office equipment

Salary Range

$19.29 per hour. This is a temporary status, seasonal position not eligible for all company benefits.
