Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Amazon & E-Commerce Manager

to oversee and optimize our Amazon and Shopify operations. This role owns day-to-day execution, performance, and process across Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, with a strong focus on operational excellence, merchandising accuracy, advertising performance, and customer experience. This is a hands-on managerial role requiring deep platform knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to proactively manage inventory, orders, and customer touchpoints across channels. Key Responsibilities

Amazon (Seller Central & Advertising) Own and manage all aspects of

Amazon Seller Central , ensuring listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized Create, upload, and maintain

new product listings , following Amazon category and compliance guidelines Manage

Amazon A+ Content , including updates, optimization, and adherence to brand standards Oversee

Amazon Advertising platforms

(Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), partnering on strategy and execution Monitor and manage

pricing updates, promotions, and deal submissions Maintain accurate

inventory levels , forecasting needs and preventing stockouts or overages Oversee

shipping coordination , delivery performance, and operational timelines Manage

canceled orders, returns, and customer issues , ensuring resolution aligns with Amazon policies Monitor account health metrics and proactively address risks or performance flags Shopify & Direct-to-Consumer Operations

Manage

Shopify order management , including daily order review and fulfillment coordination Oversee

shipping timelines

and proactively flag or resolve delays Handle

online customer service and community management , ensuring timely, on-brand responses Manage the

returns process , from customer communication through resolution Conduct

proactive customer outreach , including abandoned checkout follow-ups and service recovery Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience Qualifications

3+ years of experience

managing Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce operations Proven expertise across

Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising platforms, and A+ Content Strong experience with

Shopify order management

and DTC operations Demonstrated understanding of

inventory management, shipping logistics, and returns processing Experience managing promotions, pricing updates, and operational reporting Customer-first mindset with experience in

online CX and community management Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
