Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated RPA Process Designer x 3 to join their dynamic team. As a RPA Process Designer x 3, you will be an integral part of the Business Process Optimization department supporting automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute meaningfully to process improvements.
Job Details
Design and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows to optimize business processes
Collaborate directly with business teams to gather and analyze requirements
Create detailed process documentation, including high-level process flows and click-by-click process maps
Implement process design solutions using tools such as VISIO and IGRAFIX
Participate in Agile project cycles, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and process refinement
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Process Design or Business Analysis within a corporate environment
Proficiency in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and process design documentation
Experience with process mapping tools such as VISIO and IGRAFIX
At least 2 years of Agile methodology experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to initiate and lead conversations with stakeholders
