
About The Role
The Grocery & Retail team is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our team covering some of our most strategic partners. As a Partner Manager, you will work efficiently with our Grocery and Retail partners to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and customer service. Partner Managers will work closely with merchant partners, the Uber Eats support team, product, sales, marketing and operations teams to lead and optimize partnerships and provide maximum value for both Uber and its partners. What You'll Do
Internal and external advocate. Be the merchant's go-to person and navigate internal processes to provide the best outcome for the client and our market Bring your analytical A-game. Build business models, perform analysis with the Enterprise Ops Analysts to understand trends, provide concrete insights, and track productivity and success of initiatives to ensure we are driving towards the best possible outcome Handle the big picture and the tiny details. Be organized and always on top of deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed, while crafting new ways to add to existing partnerships Drive initiatives across our business teams to grow strategic and long-term opportunities with various partners Read between the lines. Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other teams Drive day-to-day interactions with our best-in-class partners Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships Basic Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of Partner Management experience Experience managing CPG/Retail clients Previous client-facing experience with enterprise/mid-market accounts Experience with managing complex data sets and tracking/hitting multiple OKRs Preferred Qualifications
An intuition for people: building and cultivating relationships with potential and existing partners across an organization Self-starter and collaborative leader: capable of working with Engineers, Product Managers, or C-Level Executives as needed Product sense: leading cross-functional teams to create partner integrations that delight users and drive measurable impact Speed and resourcefulness: ability to move quickly and adapt in new spaces Sixth sense for partnerships: navigating multiple partner engagements thoughtfully Experience with Salesforce and/or SQL Compensation and Benefits
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range is USD 107,000 to 119,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: USD 119,000 to 132,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: USD 119,000 to 132,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
