Vice President, Influencer Marketing
to join their team in their New York City office. We’re seeking a senior-level
Vice President of Influencer Marketing
lead our influencer discipline, with a focus on
beauty, automotive and hospitality . This role is designed to strengthen category expertise, scale our influencer capabilities, and elevate how creators and talent drive measurable business impact for our clients. Reporting to SVP, Head of Digital, this role will act as a strategic partner and right hand—owning influencer marketing end-to-end while helping shape vision, standards, and growth across the agency. The ideal candidate brings both
deep creator relationships
and the ability to clearly articulate how influencer partnerships move the needle for brands. What You’ll Do
Influencer Practice Leadership
Build, lead, and shape the influencer marketing function Establish influencer marketing as a core agency capability across beauty and other various categories Develop frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for influencer strategy, execution, and measurement Strategic Partnership & Client Leadership
Serve as the senior influencer expert for clients, confidently discussing creator strategy, casting, and ROI Translate client business objectives into influencer programs that drive awareness, engagement, credibility, and conversion Support new business efforts by pitching influencer-led ideas and demonstrating category expertise Creator, Influencer & Celebrity Talent
Lead
celebrity talent partnerships
for campaigns, launches, and experiential moments Own digital influencer campaigns across platforms Design and execute
real-world influencer programs , including events, trips, PR moments, and mailers Oversee content production partnerships with creators, talent, and production teams Bring a strong, current network of beauty, healthcare, and lifestyle creators—and confidently articulate why each partnership matters Experiential & Production Integration
Collaborate with experiential, creative, and production teams to embed creators meaningfully into live experiences Ensure influencer involvement enhances storytelling, guest engagement, and content capture Guide creators on-site to maximize authentic, high-performing content Measurement & Business Impact
Define success metrics and KPIs for influencer programs, including brand lift, engagement, earned media, and performance outcomes Clearly connect creator partnerships to client business goals and results Use data and insights to optimize casting, formats, and investment Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the influencer team, setting a high bar for strategic thinking, execution, and client service Foster collaboration across strategy, experiential, creative, and account teams What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in influencer, talent, experiential, or integrated marketing (agency experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to work with
celebrity talent , digital creators, and experiential influencer programs Strong, active network of creators and talent partners—with the ability to “name drop” and justify partnerships strategically Clear business mindset: able to articulate how influencer marketing drives real outcomes, not just visibility Confident, collaborative leader comfortable acting as a senior partner and advisor Experience building or scaling influencer teams and capabilities Role is hybrid onsite in NYC. You must be NYC based.
