Job Purpose:

The Content Producer is responsible for ideating, capturing, producing, and editing compelling digital content that elevates the Dallas Wings brand and drives fan engagement, revenue, and community impact. This role will develop social-first storytelling across team, player, and fan experiences while supporting marketing campaigns, partnership activations, ticketing initiatives, and organizational storytelling efforts across all Dallas Wings platforms. This role requires the ability to balance real-time content execution with strategic campaign storytelling across multiple platforms.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities Conceptualize, capture, and edit engaging video and photo content optimized for social media, digital marketing, in-arena, and broadcast platforms.

Develop social-first storytelling that highlights players, team culture, fan experiences, and marketing campaigns.

Produce short-form and long-form content across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and team digital channels.

Translate marketing and business objectives into creative content that supports ticket sales, brand growth, partnerships, and fan engagement.

Capture behind-the-scenes and real-time content during practices, games, community events, and team travel.

Lead or assist with gameday content production including filming, editing, and rapid turnaround publishing.

Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, Partnerships, Community, Ticketing, and Creative teams to execute integrated campaigns and sponsor content.

Assist in planning and executing tentpole content moments including schedule release, draft, theme nights, playoffs, and major announcements.

Manage organization, tagging, and archiving of video and photography assets.

Travel with the team for select away games and major organizational events while supporting live event content coverage.

Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Game Day Duties / Responsibilities Captures game day content.

Prolonged standing, walking and extended work hours.

Must be available to attend all home games for Dallas Wings, as well as attend select community events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Job Requirements Formal Education & Relevant Work Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in media production, Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

2–4 years of professional experience in digital content production, videography, or social media content creation.

Motion graphics or animation experience is a plus.

Professional portfolio demonstrating design and branding capabilities required.

Work Location & Hours: Work is performed in the community, office and/or at one of the arenas as determined necessary by the Company. Must be available to attend all home games for both Dallas Wings, as well as attend company events. Games & events may take place on nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Travel Requirements: May be required to travel to away games; trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights.

Ideal Candidate Attributes / Competencies Strong videography and editing skills with demonstrated experience in social-first storytelling.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Working knowledge of photography and digital camera systems.

Understanding of social media content trends, platform optimization, and audience engagement strategies.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Collaborative mindset with ability to take creative direction and contribute original ideas.

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and travel requirements related to sports and live events.

Passion for sports, storytelling, and women’s basketball preferred.

Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, walking and extended work hours.

Ability to stand and move for extended periods during games and events.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Hearing, seeing, reading, writing, concentration, comprehension, and talking with clear speech.

Planning, organizing, interpreting data, making decisions, problem-solving, and composure under deadlines/stress.
